Warehouse Lead

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Lead, you'll oversee warehouse staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure that all materials and products are handled, stored, and shipped according to company standards.

You'll be the go-to person for problem-solving and process improvements on the warehouse floor.Qualifications



* Leadership Experience: 2+ years in a warehouse supervisory or lead role


* Warehouse Expertise: Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping processes


* Safety Focus: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment


* Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members and other departments


* Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and practical solutions to operational challenges


* Technical Skills: Proficiency with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office

Requirements:


* High School Diploma or GED required


* 3+ years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment


* Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)


* SAP or warehouse management system experience preferred


* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions


* Strong organizational and time management skills

Physical Demands:

This position requires frequent walking, standing, lifting, and operation of warehouse equipment.

Must be able to work in a manufacturing warehouse environment, sometimes in inclement weather, and consistently wear required PPE.
