About the Role
Our team is looking for a skilled and reliable On-Call Radiologic Technologist to support our imaging department during peak needs, staff shortages, and emergency situations.
This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility, enjoys a dynamic work environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic exams in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols.
* Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during imaging procedures.
* Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
* Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with physicians, and other healthcare staff to support efficient patient flow.
* Respond to on-call requests in a timely and dependable manner.
Qualifications
* Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R).
* Active WA State Radiologic Technologist license.
* Current BLS certification.
* Minimum 1 year of clinical radiography experience preferred.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
* Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced or urgent situations.
Schedule & Expectations
* On-call shifts vary based on departmental needs.
* Must be able to respond within required call-back time.
* Flexibility to work variable shifts - days, evenings, weekends, as needed.
Pay Range:
$35.00 - $52.51
