Manufacturing Quality Lead

Your Job

As a Manufacturing Quality Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring real-time product quality and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

You will be responsible for monitoring production quality, identifying and mitigating risks, and leading corrective actions to address quality issues.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Manufacturing and Quality teams to maintain accurate quality metrics, support audit-driven improvements, and promote accountability.

Your efforts will help ensure compliance with internal and external standards while delivering consistent, high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Shift : Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Mandatory overtime as required; start and end times may flex based on overtime needs)

From supplier surveillance to hands-on inspection and quality control, the team safeguards excellence at every stage of manufacturing.

Supporting the delivery of flare and pilot packages, they play a vital role in powering safe, efficient, and sustainable operations for our customers.

What You Will Do



* Monitor manufacturing operations and perform in-process inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and process standards.


* Identify, document, and escalate quality issues; initiate NCRs and contribute to RCFA activities.


* Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues.


* Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality teams to support audits, system improvements, and risk mitigation.


* Maintain and analyze quality metrics, performing spot checks to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.


* Support training of production teams on quality standards, inspection techniques, and accountability.


* Promote a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and process innovation across the manufacturing floor.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Experience in a manufacturing or quality-related role.


* Working knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, and basic root cause analysis tools.


* Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.

What Will Put You Ahead


* Experience with formal quality tools such as RCFA, FMEA, SPC, or Six Sigma methodologies.


* Previous experience leading or supporting audits and corrective action processes.
