What You'll Be Doing

As an LVN, you will:


* Provide exceptional direct nursing care to residents with professionalism and heart


* Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery


* Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely


* Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly


* Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records


* Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges


* Respond to emergencies and ensure resident safety at all times


* Help maintain a clean and organized care environment


* Promote resident dignity, comfort, and wellbeing


* Collaborate with the care team to uphold regulatory compliance and care standards

Whether assisting with clinical tasks, care planning, restorative support, or family communication — you're a key part of maintaining a positive and caring atmosphere on every shift.

🧠 What You Bring


* Active LVN license in California — in good standing


* Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Ability to multitask and remain calm in fast-paced situations
