Responsibilities


* Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians


* Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and resident conditions


* Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members to implement care plans


* Provide direct nursing care and support to residents


* Assist with assessments and care planning processes


* Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing care regulations


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

Qualifications


* Active California LVN license required


* CPR certification required


* Long-term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred, but not required


* Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills


* Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment


* Compassionate, team-oriented, and resident-focused
