Software, Senior Principal Technical Expert

As a Tech Lead you have experience with decision making capabilities on technical architecture and solution design.

You are a person who is always looking ahead and ensuring your solutions fit in the bigger picture and the long-term strategy.

You have a deep understanding of Client-Server applications and how these applications need to be designed for efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

You have been exposed to cyber security fundamentals and have a strong grasp to ensure secure development is given importance.

Key Job Requirements


* Qualifications: Software Engineering or equivalent (Mandatory)


* Strong Java backend experience (Mandatory)


* Strong C#/.Net experience (Mandatory)


* Experience in database design and programming (Mandatory)


* Experience in communication protocols (TCP, RS232 specifically) (Desired)


* Experience in source control tools such as GIT or SVN (Mandatory)


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (Mandatory)


* Working in Agile environments (Mandatory)


* Experience in mentoring/coaching others in the team and domain (Desired)


* Experience or exposure working in a distributed team across multiple time zones (Desired)


* Experience in leading project/product development as a technical leader (Desired)


* Experience in collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and to develop solutions that meet those requirements.

Nice to have:


* Exposure to hardware device interfaces


* Understanding of fundamental programming topics such as bit masking, bit shifting, etc.
