At the heart of the Schneider Electric Regional Execution Platform (REP) in Bratislava, the

Technical Leader Digital Power

plays a pivotal role in shaping innovative energy solutions.

This leader is responsible for overseeing and approving both basic and detailed designs of all EPMS (Electrical Power Monitoring System) aspects within integrated Digital Power solutions-ensuring alignment with customer expectations and contractual commitments.

From project kickoff to final delivery, the Technical Leader ensures that the technical team stays on track, manages timelines, controls technical budgets, and coordinates all engineering activities-from factory operations to on-site testing-until successful project closure.

As a part of a project team


* Act as the leader of the technical content of the project as the single point of contact regarding all project technical topics


* Make sure customer technical requirements are fulfilled (in terms of performance, quality, costs and time), in compliance with the contract, and based on the Architecture & Technical specifications defined during the tendering phase


* Lead a technical team composed of Digital Application designers and ensure technical coordination of all projects stakeholders


* Lead all technical aspects of customer integrated projects within Execution, such as: design, implementation, testing, FAT, SAT


* Manage technical risks and interfaces between the project team stakeholders and the customer; and get final customer approval of the overall technical solution designed and delivered


* When required, actively support bids by providing system architectures, engineering hours estimation, technical risks and advises to optimize proposed solution


* Defines all information and input data needed to configure the digital substation including but not limited to Device profiles, device types, device tasks, IO list, alarms, etc


* Define advanced reporting and dashboards


* Be able to re-use same application design over different devices


* Good communication with technical teams within a multi-country multi-cultural environment


* Ensure the system is cybersecure and compliant with Standards IEC62443 4-2 at the SL2 level


* Update the Project Lessons learnt database after each project

* Marketing and quality representatives


* Project technical teams located spread among one or several sites/countries, requiring international collaboration with other functional teams/stakeholders.

Requirements
