Offer Marketing Apprentice

Role Title: Offer Marketing Apprentice

Location: Telford (Hybrid)

Apprentice Level: UK Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship Programme

Salary: £23,000

Role Mission:

The mission of the Offer Marketing Apprentice is to support the development and execution of product marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for our products through digital channels.

This role will focus on learning and applying best practices in digital marketing to position products effectively in the market, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


* Support product launches by helping with messaging and go-to-market plans.



* Support the creation of product data and content that enhance the online customer journey and help communicate product value propositions.



* Assist with digital campaigns across channels like social media, email, and paid ads.



* Research markets and competitors to understand trends and customer needs.



* Track and report performance using analytics tools to improve results.



* Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.

Training:

During your apprenticeship, you will receive two different types of training.

'On-the-job' training will be delivered by Schneider Electric, as your employer.

You'll receive training and supervision to help you perform the job you've been hired to do.

This will include skills and knowledge that fall outside of the apprenticeship but are needed for the job role.

As well as providing 'on-the-job' training, it is important that we support you in additional ways to ensure your success.

Types of support will include:


* A comprehensive induction


* Mentoring or regular one-to-one guidance


* Social enrichment and networking opportunities


* Performance reviews


* Mental health and wellbeing support


* Feedback opportunities

'Off-the-job' training is delivered by one of our carefully selected Training Providers during your normal working hours.

You will spend at least 20% (average 6 hours per week) of your working hours completing 'off-the-job' training.

This is protected time and is a requirement for apprenticeship delivery.

This training will teach you the knowledge, skills, and behaviours set out in the apprenticeship standard so you can achieve occupational competence.

Work Pattern

37.5 hours per week to be worked from Monday to Friday.

Exact start and finish times areto be agreed uponwith Line Manager.

Some of these hours will be allocated to off-the-job training as part of your Apprenticeship Programme.
