Oakwood Gardens Care Center, a skilled nursing facility in Fresno, CA, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team on a PRN basis.

Position Overview:

As a PTA, you will provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence through personalized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:


* Deliver rehabilitative care as directed by the Physical Therapist


* Track and document patient progress accurately and timely


* Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to ensure coordinated care


* Maintain compliance with all safety, infection control, and facility policies

Requirements:


* Associate degree from an accredited PTA program


* Current and valid California PTA license


* CPR certification required


* Previous SNF or rehab experience preferred, but not required
