HR Operations Intern (Korean/Japanese Speaking)

Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to support our HR operations team in delivering high-quality services to employees across East Asia.

This internship offers hands-on experience in HR processes, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives within a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:


* Assist in managing employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding and offboarding.


* Support HR operations in maintaining employee data and documentation.


* Help address employee inquiries through the ticketing system and ensure timely follow-up.


* Collaborate with HR and payroll teams on time/attendance, leave systems, and benefits-related tasks.


* Contribute to SOP documentation updates and process standardization.


* Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and digitalization.

Requirements:

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.


* Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
