Business Finance Controller

What will you do?


* Manage and supervise a team of 4-5 people, ensuring proper administration and coordination of activities.


* Lead the Transfer Pricing strategy and ensure compliance with global financial policies.


* Analyze costs and manufacturing processes to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.


* Prepare and deliver financial reports to stakeholders, including controllers and cluster controllers.


* Introduce new ways of working, driving automation and continuous process improvement.


* Collaborate on financial transformation projects, ensuring adaptability to change.

* Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Controller in manufacturing environments.


* Strong knowledge of cost analysis and manufacturing processes.

* Experience in personnel management and team leadership.


* Ability to deliver presentations to stakeholders and lead improvement initiatives.


* Preferred experience in automation and financial transformation projects.
