As our Sub-Domain Lead, you will be responsible for the development and management of new API/SEMCI integrations across P&C, Financial Lines, and Cyber products.

This will include front-end partner engagement through technical integration and project completion.

As you carry this out, you will be responsible for the prioritization of agent experience and business value feature requests to elegantly deliver Chubb's product and coverage solutions.

Further, your role will encompass aligning evolving business priorities to platform functionality, managing stakeholder expectations, leading successful squad feature delivery, as well as aligning the subdomain to the Chubb Small Business digital vision.

In this role, you will:


* Partner with the Find & Acquire Domain Leader to facilitate new business acquisition and to oversee revenue growth roadmap


* Manage and develop partner integrations for API/SEMCI across P&C, Financial Lines, and Cyber


* Lead API/SEMCI product owner(s) to establish quarterly OKRs and successfully plan, estimate, and deliver work as committed for the subdomain.

Identify associated dependencies and risks and work with counterparts to ensure that they are addressed to ensure on-time delivery


* Inspire the subdomain to continuously identify and craft new and sophisticated ways of acquiring new business to drive growth for the organization


* Ensure that the subdomain's work aligns to Chubb Small Business's best practices for functional documentation, technical feasibility reviews, test plan creation as well as approved by legal and stakeholders prior to the state of development


* Partner with other subdomains and domains to build capabilities and tools that improve the seamless digital customer experience to deliver Chubb's breadth of tailored product solutions to the agents
