The salary range posted represents the low and high end of OSI's salary range for this position.

Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience and performance.

Base salary is one component of OSI's overall total rewards package.

Position Summary:

The Master Data Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining, and analyzing accurate and up-to-date customers, vendor and material master data within SAP and other ERP systems.

This role ensures data integrity, compliance with company policies and procedures, and supports business functions that rely on high-quality master data.

This role partners with cross-functional teams to support data cleansing initiatives, process improvements, issue resolution, and the implementation of best practices for master data management, while also providing data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making for North America and/or Global business.

Master Data Management & Governance

• Manage and maintain customer, and vendor master data in the SAP ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.

• Review, validate, and approve master data changes in compliance with company policies, data governance standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Perform data entry, updates, validation, and cleansing activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data records.

• Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies, duplicates, and inconsistencies; implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Analyze data quality issues, identify root causes, and support continuous improvement of master data integrity.

• Own and continuously improve customer and vendor onboarding processes, including verification of payment terms, banking, tax, and contact information.

Data Quality, Analysis & Reporting

• Perform ongoing data validation, quality checks, and data cleansing activities.

• Analyze master data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs, performance metrics, and data trends.
