What You'll Do
* Conduct formal clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
* Collaborate with legal and forensic systems.
* Deliver crisis assessment and stabilization services as needed.
* Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
* Participate in all required individual and peer supervision
* Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries
What We're Looking For:
* Master's degree in a clinical discipline from a regionally accredited institution.
* 1 year in behavioral health, with direct substance use and outpatient therapy experience.
* Licensure: LPC preferred (LCSW, PsyD a plus); co-occurring certification encouraged - clinical supervision available
* Clearances: PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and federal fingerprint-based background checks; Medicaid/Medicare exclusion verification
