As an Applied AI ML Senior Associate in the Corporate Technology Data Science and AI team, you will design, build, and deploy scalable analytical solutions for diverse business needs.

Job Responsibilities


* Develop and implement generative AI and agentic AI solutions using Python to enhance automation and decision-making.


* Design, deploy, and manage prompt-based models on large language models for natural language processing tasks.


* Conduct research and guide best practices in prompt engineering to optimize model performance.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and deliver tailored AI solutions.


* Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.


* Build and maintain data pipelines and processing workflows for prompt engineering using cloud services.


* Develop and maintain tools and frameworks for model training, evaluation, and optimization.


* Analyze and interpret data to assess model effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.


* Lead stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment of AI solutions with business objectives.


* Support the deployment of machine learning solutions into production business workflows.


* Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills


* Master's degree in a data science-related discipline, plus three years of industry experience, or PhD in a data science-related discipline.


* Extensive experience in data analysis, transformation, and analytics using Python.


* Proven ability to develop and maintain production-quality code.


* Experience with continuous integration and unit test development.


* Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences.


* Demonstrated scientific thinking and problem-solving ability.
