Video Production Specialist
Join our dynamic Corporate and Firmwide Employee Communications team, where you will create impactful multimedia content that connects employees to our culture and priorities.

As a Video Production Specialist in Corporate and Firmwide Employee Communications, you will play a key role in developing creative storytelling approaches and managing a variety of platforms and programs, including digital signage, broadcast news, informational video, and event activations.
You will help shape how we inform and inspire our employees, working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Job responsibilities
* Lead and serve as the primary resource for all video, photography, and editing needs for internal communications
* Shoot and edit high-quality video content for firmwide initiatives and campaigns
* Oversee the production process from pre-production planning through to final delivery
* Manage camera operations, lighting setups, and sound recording for diverse projects
* Support technical aspects of video production across multiple platforms
* Lead multimedia projects from concept to completion
* Stay current with trends in video production and editing
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Strong videography and photography skills
* Experience operating DSLR and video cameras
* Advanced video editing proficiency
* Experience with professional lighting techniques and equipment
* Knowledge of sound recording, editing, and audio post-production
* Understanding of various video formats, codecs, and delivery platforms
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Media Encoder; After Effects) or similar tools
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Experience with podcast production
* Basic graphic design knowledge
* Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools
