Paid Social Vice President-Paid Media Center of Excellence

As a Paid Social Vice President on the Paid Media team, you will be the driving force behind dynamic and powerful paid media campaigns that will position the line of business as a transformative leader in the category.
Working across internal departments and with external media partners, you'll have the opportunity to shape and execute game-changing strategies that will connect with audiences and drive business results.

Job Responsibilities:
* Lead paid social strategy, tactical planning, and hands-on execution.
This role is part of our in-house team, managing end-to-end campaign execution
* Manage the relationship with the lines-of-business within your purview and become a trusted advisor
* Understand and interpret business objectives to paid media goals and develop proactive paid social strategies that meet and exceed needs
* Ensure campaign planning, buying, optimizations, and reporting meet quality assurance checkpoints and deliver flawless execution
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across paid media, brand, and analytics, as well as external partners
* Partner closely with legal, controls, and other key stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards and procedures, mitigating risk
* Mentor and upskill more junior members of the team
* Lead teamwide and enterprise-level projects, like the onboarding of new platforms for The Firm, social partner management, or industry POVs
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
* 6+ years of paid social buying experience with expert knowledge of all social media platforms, ideally within the financial services vertical
* Experience managing executive clients
* Ability to manage end-to-end projects/campaigns independently with minimal oversight
* Advanced skills in Excel, as well as social media analytics (measurement, benchmarks, campaign reporting)
* Strong presentation skills and strong writer who can build a narrative with executive-level storytelling
* Strong ability to problem-solve and think critically; attention to detail and data curiosity
* A strategic thought leader; ability to self-start, produce high-quality work and challenge status quo, with the ability to discern what is important and impactful
* Strong interpersonal skills
