Strategic Pricing Specialist

Join our dynamic Commercial Strategy team as a Strategic Pricing Specialist and drive impactful business decisions through strategic pricing initiatives and market analysis!

What will you do:


* Localize Global Prices into accurate, market-appropriate local prices, based on local market dynamics and Services pricing strategy


* Manage deployment roadmap and timeline in collaboration with Commercial & LoB leaders


* Collect & cascade country insights / feedback to LoB & Offer Design team to improve offer pricing


* Guide, train, and supporting country marketing and pricing teams on the localization methodology, tools, and best practices


* Develop & maintain Localization Guide that is tailored to the specific requirements of different marketing offers

* Demonstrated expertise in commercial pricing strategy development and implementation


* Strong analytical capabilities with proven experience in market research and competitive analysis


* Track record of successfully managing pricing initiatives across diverse market segments


* Excellent collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with sales teams and stakeholders


* Deep understanding of pricing methodologies and profit optimization techniques

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Ability to clearly articulate & explain pricing concepts to countries ( we will train the person on the concepts)


* Strong project management skills to drive work through others and meet timelines


* Good Excel skills for data analysis


* Confidence to justify, defend, and communicate decisions to stakeholders


* Capability to perform market and competitive research (preferred)
