The Opportunity

The Digital Lead Consultant will drive strategic and delivery-focused digital transformation initiatives across complex industrial environments.

This role requires a seasoned professional with deep domain expertise, technical acumen, and the ability to engage stakeholders from executive leadership to frontline operators.

* Lead the development and execution of customer digital transformation strategies aligned with their business objectives.


* Program manage the delivery of digital programs, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and leverage agile methodologies and best practices.


* Manage cross-functional digital teams working on customer programs of work, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.


* Provide subject matter expertise in areas such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), data analytics, data governance, technical solution across IoT, OT, IT and cloud.


* Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from CEOs and CTOs to plant operators to ensure clear communication and alignment.


* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.


* Apply strategic thinking to identify opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency.


* Industry experience


* Produce high-quality documentation and communications that support program delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Our ideal candidate will possess:



* Tertiary qualification in Software, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.


* Minimum of 10 yrs experience delivering digital programs in industrial sectors.


* Extensive Industry experience in one or more of the following industries:



* Mining, mineral and metal


* Water and wastewater


* Transportation (ports/airports)


* Manufacturing


* Food and beverage



* Provide subject matter expertise in at least two of the following:



* Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES),


* Data analysis, data engineering and data analytics,


* AI, ML and LLMs,


* Solution architecture focus on OT/IT environments,


* IoT technologies for OT applications.
