As a Multi-Media Content Developer within J.P.

Morgan Wealth Management, you will play a critical role in transforming training needs into engaging, multimedia learning experiences.

You'll work closely with Field Support, front-office partners, and key stakeholders to identify content needs, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and deliver timely communications.

Your work will directly support the adoption of new technology platforms and enhance the learning experience for employees across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:


* Work closely with Field Support, front-office partners, and key stakeholders to identify training content needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.


* Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure all training materials align with policies and procedures.


* Partner with technology and product owners to deliver timely communications and support platform adoption.


* Serve as a day-to-day training resource for the front office on J.P.

Advisors procedures, systems, and best practices.


* Engage the front office on new technology platforms and work with the Field Support team to manage and troubleshoot pain points.


* Create engaging content and design curriculum, including exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.


* Develop training materials and media, including audio, video, simulations, and eLearning modules.


* Establish criteria to assess learner performance and measure training effectiveness.


* Collaborate with key stakeholders on training content development, including analysis of source documents and data sets.


* Plan and deliver virtual instructor-led programs and eLearning initiatives.


* Maintain an online repository of training collateral, including guides, one-pagers, FAQs, and videos.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required


* Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must
