Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized individual to join our team as an Order Entry Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for processing incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry.
As an Order Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and with the correct specifications.
Primary Functions:
• Accurately input customer orders into our ordering system, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date.
• Respond to inquiries from customers regarding their orders and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Process orders in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Monitor order status throughout the fulfillment process and work with logistical personnel to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with various departments including sales, customer service, and supply chain to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Resolve any issues that arise with customer orders including changes, cancellations, or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate data entry records and ensure the order processing system is updated in real-time.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to ensure maximum efficiency in the order entry process.
Job Qualifications:
The qualifications we are looking for are mixture of work experience and educational background.

* 1+ year of experience in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook and Excel)
