✨ What You'll Do:

Design and deliver impactful learning programs that build critical skills for employees and managers
Partner with global teams to harmonize core learning initiatives and share best practices
Support talent management capabilities within our HCM platform for the U.S.

and global network

* Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Business or related field


* 5-8 plus years of professional experience in training with a minimum of 3 years of experience in adult learning, instructional design, curriculum development utilizing blended learning approaches


* Prior work experience employing instructional design principles and practices including adult learning methodology, interactive training and learning design, eLearning design principles, and designing for multi-generational audiences.


* Experience in one of the disciplines below is beneficial:
+ Human Resources
+ Training - Facilitation
+ Talent Management- Professional Development
+ Consulting - Organizational / Talent Design


* Passionate about people development.


* Solutions oriented and client focused.


* Strong communication skills, including writing, presenting & facilitating.


* Excellent influencing skills to engage a diverse range of stakeholders and manage expectations


* Knowledge and experience of developing and implementing learning & development programs including:
+ training needs analysis
+ training course design
+ facilitation/delivery methodology
+ validation and evaluation techniques
+ on job observation and feedback principles.


* Knowledge of apprenticeship programs and other early career hire programs.


* Knowledge and experience of building and rolling out eLearning solutions.


* Experience of designing L&D solutions including blending learning solutions.


* Works collaboratively with others to achieve individual and team objectives.


* Creates an environment where people can take risks and make mistakes as part of learning.


* Has a flexible approach, high resilience and receptive to change and ambiguity


* Able to adapt style and approach to audience / task / situation


* Champions and drives change to improve ways of working and respond to changing business priorities.
