Downstream Planning Leader


* Drive Master Production Planning in Manufacturing Site

Key Responsibilities


* Organize the downstream flows from the Manufacturing Plant and improve Mfg.

SC Performance


* Anticipate Manufacturing .

Supply risks in advance & quickly re-act

Main Activities


* Drive Master Production Planning process in collaboration with other functions


* Integrate Total demand from IG & OG Flows & anticipate missing demands in MPP


* Implement & follow Plant Waiting Queue for all Production Lines in Mfg.

* Leverage use of APS (e.g.

Kinaxis) to optimize inventory / service level


* Participate in Plant Value Stream Mapping and support continuous improvement of Product Lead Time


* Monitor and improve downstream SC performance at plant level ( OTD / Customer leadtime / Inventory performance indicators)


* Accountable to reach performance on Production Plan Commit & Attainment


* Maintain Macro Master Data (Prod Site, Line, Part assignment, Constraints) in APS & Be the Key User for the department for information system

Key Systems


* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite


* Kinaxis / One MM / SAP / OPM / Tableau

Experience Level


* 2-3 years' experience in SC Planning environment


* Strong experience in Inventory & supply planning
