Your Mission
The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with major customers in the Northern Emirates region, focusing on Secure Power and Data Center solutions.
This role aims to drive sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and build long-term partnerships by delivering innovative power and data center solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Account Management & Customer Engagement
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including large enterprises, colocation providers, and critical infrastructure clients.
* Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, ensuring alignment with their operational and business objectives.
* Conduct regular account reviews, performance tracking, and strategic planning sessions to strengthen partnerships.
Sales & Business Development
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and across the Northern Emirates region.
* Drive sales of Secure Power solutions, Data Center infrastructure, and associated services, including digital and sustainability offerings.
* Lead negotiations, contract renewals, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability and customer value.
C-Level Engagement
* Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders (e.g., CIOs, CTOs, Data Center Directors).
* Facilitate strategic discussions around energy efficiency, digital transformation, and data center resilience.
* Present business cases and ROI analyses to support investment decisions.
Segment Strategy & Collaboration
* Align account strategies with the broader Secure Power and Data Centers business objectives.
* Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution relevance and execution excellence.
* Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development and innovation.
Performance & Reporting
* Track and report on account KPIs, sales targets, and customer satisfaction metrics.
