Senior Manufacturing Engineer

WHAT YOU'LL DO


* Lead the design, launch, and optimization of assembly lines using Lean principles, with ownership of safety, quality, throughput, and OEE


* Own manufacturing processes end-to-end, from concept and equipment selection through production ramp and ongoing performance


* Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies, automation, and capital equipment to improve cost, quality, and delivery


* Design and approve fixtures, tooling, and error-proofing solutions to enable scalable, reliable production


* Establish and maintain manufacturing standards, including process documentation, work instructions, and training materials


* Develop and sustain PM/PdM and operator TPM programs in partnership with operations and maintenance


* Lead structured, data-driven problem solving to support zero-defect launches and continuous improvement


* Communicate risks, tradeoffs, timelines, and results clearly to leadership and influence decisions with sound engineering judgment


* Mentor junior engineers and technicians and contribute to plant and business strategy, including capacity and cost improvements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR


* Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Masters preferred)


* 5-10 years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience in a production environment


* Proven ownership of manufacturing systems and accountability for results


* Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance


* Business-minded, data-driven decision maker with strong root-cause problem-solving skills


* Experience leading structured problem solving (Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt preferred)
