Key Responsibilities:


* Support Operate production within a traffic responsibility area with high quality and at lowest possible cost


* Support to maintain team spirit within your peers and ensure good cooperation with other DHL departments and functions


* Provide quality work together with other functions within DHL Freight and suppliers according to set KPI’s


* Support to Coordinate, optimize and manage traffic within the assigned area of responsibility in collaboration with contracted subcontractors and other departments, both domestically and abroad


* Support to Analyze and improve traffic in collaboration with Trade Lane Managers


* Support the communication of imbalances and volume needs


* Ensures that all interactions are compliant with DPDHL Code of Conduct and other compliance requirements e.g.

anti-corruption

 

Skills and Experience: 


* Good organisational, IT and communication skills.


* Good knowledge of MS Office package


* Knowledge of transport business, product and processes desirable but not compulsory


* Business acumen


* Experience in cost control and management desirable but not compulsory


* Good communication skills both individually and in front of the group


* Be aware of Health and Safety standards, along with a high understanding of dignity and diversity in the workplace.


* Have a methodical and organised approach to work with the ability to think ahead and prioritise tasks.
