Compensation

Pay: $48-$55 per hour (Full‑Time or PRN)

What You'll Do


* Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans


* Deliver high‑quality occupational therapy services that support independence and functional progress


* Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and provide training to Restorative Aides


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families


* Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation


* Contribute positively to the overall therapy environment

What You'll Need


* Valid California Occupational Therapy license


* Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
