About Las Colinas Post Acute

Las Colinas Post Acute is a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility serving San Bernardino County.

We provide long‑ and short‑term care, rehabilitation, and respite services in a safe, welcoming setting.

Your Role as a COTA

Working under the guidance of licensed Occupational Therapists, you will:


* Deliver individualized therapy sessions that promote independence and recovery


* Assist residents with therapeutic activities to improve mobility and activities of daily living


* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and adjust care plans


* Bring creativity, empathy, and energy to every session while documenting care accurately

What We're Looking For


* Valid COTA certification and California licensure


* A heart for service and a passion for helping others thrive


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Experience in a skilled nursing or post‑acute setting is a plus
