Responsabilities:


* Identifying critical HR metrics.


* Adjusting HR strategies to respond to changing business needs.


* Support HRBP of business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.


* Works closely with management supervisors and hourly employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.


* Fosters the highest level of commitment among our people through transparent communication about business challenges, successes and results.

This job might be for you if:


* Active bachelor students from 7th semester and up related to the HR area: Administration, Psychology, IIA, International Busines, Communication, Public Relations.


* Min 1 year left to finish school.

* English intermediate.

* Energized when faced with ambiguity and uncertainty; deals constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes.
