Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!


* Solid experience in PC hardware/iOS/Android mobile/Office applications, etc


* Strong communication skills, great opportunity to work alongside Senior Management


* Passionate, willing to learn different IT skills


* Provide daily support to Top Executives and their Assistants in Dubai Office


* Log and track ticket in ServiceNow platform by following operation process


* Manage IT request or support requirement for ExCom events in Dubai/ APAC region


* Fulfil ad-hoc request from top leaders / corporate requirement


* Manage communication with Top Executives and their Assistants for service change or outage


* Proactively identify and improve current service gaps that affects leaders' productivity or user experience


* Be a member of global Top Executive Support community and partner with the rest for global network


* Proactively share insights, propose improvement plan and follow through

About You


* Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or information system or similar


* Good English communication skill in both verbal and written


* Willing to help others / Customer mindset


* Ability to communicate with executives and establish the trust


* Familiar with PC hardware / iOS / Android mobile / Office applications, etc.


* Passionate and demonstrated problem solving capability


* Proved IT support experience (4 years+) is preferred


* Any IT related certification is a plus, especially ITIL / ITSM
