What you'll do:  

We're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Enablement Manager who can develop and grow our sales enablement function across APAC.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical sales expertise with proven success in building effective enablement programs.

Through systematic training needs analysis and close collaboration with sales leadership, you'll create practical solutions that elevate team performance.

Your role will be crucial in designing programs that deliver immediate impact while laying the groundwork for future growth.



* Partner with sales leadership to assess team performance and develop targeted training solutions


* Design and implement structured enablement programs including processes, templates, and playbooks


* Create engaging training programs that can be effectively delivered across APAC regions


* Parter in the development of comprehensive onboarding frameworks that ensure consistent quality


* Build strong partnerships with product marketing, solution architects and GTM teams to align training content


* Establish clear metrics to measure program effectiveness and guide improvement


* Lead scheduled onboarding, virtual and live enablement programs as well as local learning events.


* Act as a strategic enablement partner to APAC and global Solution Architect leaders, identifying capability gaps and driving the development and execution of scalable enablement programs.


* Perform as a trusted advisor with strong executive presence to senior and executive leadership, influencing decisions through clear, data-driven communication and strategic recommendations.

Who you are:


* 8+ years combined experience in B2B sales and sales enablement
