Job Responsibilities


* Define and drive the long-term vision for agentic AI development across the organization


* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AI researchers and engineers


* Develop and implement the Agent SDK and specialized agents for enterprise applications


* Translate AI research prototypes into scalable, production-ready solutions


* Oversee the quality, performance, and reliability of agentic AI systems


* Ensure ethical and responsible development of AI technologies


* Collaborate with product management, engineering, and business teams to align AI initiatives with business goals


* Identify strategic opportunities for agentic AI and set direction for R&D efforts
