Manager - Power Apps Automation

Roles and Responsibility -


* Solution Design and Development:
+ Collaborate with partners to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
+ Design and develop complex Power Apps applications using canvas and model-driven apps.
+ Create robust and efficient Power Automate workflows to automate business processes.
+ Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with other Microsoft products and third-party systems.
+ Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of developed solutions.


* Process Analysis and Optimization:
+ Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
+ Propose and implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
+ Utilize data analytics to measure the impact of automation initiatives.


* Team Collaboration:
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
+ Share knowledge and best practices within the organization.


* Stay Updated:
+ Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Power Apps and Power Automate.
+ Explore new features and capabilities to enhance solution development.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in designing and developing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.


* Strong understanding of Power Platform components (Power BI, Dataverse, etc.)


* Proficiency in Power FX, Common Data Service, and Data connectors.


* Experience with UI/UX design principles.


* Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into Technical Solutions.


* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Certifications in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.


* Experience with other low-code/no-code platforms.
