Claims Coordinator

What will you do:


* Support customers and sales teams by managing order processing, addressing pre-sales and post-sales queries, and providing essential information about stock levels, credit, logistics, and products


* Handle customer service requests through multiple channels while identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction


* Process and administrate orders while maintaining high accuracy standards


* Participate in revenue generation activities including lead qualification and outbound campaigns


* Create and manage sales opportunities for our teams and partners
