Order Management Administrator

What will you do:


* Support customers and sales teams with comprehensive order processing, managing pre-sales and post-sales queries, stock information, and credit details


* Handle technical and non-technical customer support across multiple channels including phone, online chat, and text


* Process and administrate orders while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency standards


* Participate in revenue generation activities through lead qualification, outbound campaigns, and quotation preparation


* Act as a vital liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments
