Change Manager Specialist

The Change Manager is a key member of the Commercial Team on a major Progressive Design-Build (PDB) transit infrastructure project.

This role is responsible for managing the change control process, ensuring that scope, design, cost, and schedule impacts are identified, evaluated, and communicated in a transparent and collaborative manner to support effective project delivery.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

The Change Manager is a key member of the Commercial Team on a major Progressive Design-Build (PDB) transit infrastructure project, responsible for implementing and managing the change control process in a collaborative, transparent environment.

This role ensures that scope changes, design refinements, and commercial impacts are identified, assessed, documented, and communicated effectively to maintain cost and schedule integrity while supporting the progressive development of design and cost estimates.

The Change Manager acts as a critical interface between project delivery teams, client representatives, and commercial leadership, fostering trust and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

* Implement and maintain the Change Management Plan aligned with PDB principles and client governance requirements.
