Position Summary

As a CNA at Crystal Ridge Care Center, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents while supporting their comfort, safety, and dignity.

You'll work closely with nursing staff to deliver high-quality care in accordance with each resident's care plan.

Key Responsibilities (Summary):


* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility


* Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff


* Accurately document care, vital signs, and food/fluid intake


* Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests


* Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges


* Support restorative and rehabilitative care as directed


* Maintain resident safety, privacy, and dignity at all times


* Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality guidelines


* Promote a calm, respectful, and positive environment

Qualifications:


* Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing in the State of California


* CPR certification preferred


* Ability to work effectively as part of a team


* Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach


* Strong communication and observational skills
