Lincoln Meadows Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on a full-time FLOAT Shift.

What You'll Do

As an LVN at Lincoln Meadows, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality resident care while supporting and supervising nursing assistants.

Responsibilities include:


* Providing direct nursing care in accordance with residents' care plans


* Administering medications and treatments as ordered


* Supervising and supporting CNAs to ensure safe, compassionate care


* Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes promptly


* Maintaining accurate documentation and medical records


* Collaborating with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members


* Promoting a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff

What We're Looking For


* Current, active, and unencumbered CA LVN license


* CPR certification (required)


* Strong teamwork skills and a positive, resident-centered approach


* Experience in long-term care preferred (PCC experience a plus)


* Passion for delivering quality care and growing professionally


* Availability to cover Float shift (AM, PM and NOC)
