📍 Location: Auburn, CA
💰 Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000 annually (depending on experience)
📅 Schedule: Full-time

🔹 Key Responsibilities:


* Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations


* Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to nursing staff


* Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies


* Assist with staffing, training, and performance evaluations


* Monitor and support quality improvement initiatives


* Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams


* Step into the role of DON as needed

✅ Qualifications:


* Current LVN or RN license in the state of California (required)


* Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting


* Strong understanding of state and federal regulations


* Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills


* Passion for resident-centered care and staff development
