We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate System Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Windows Administration and Cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and be comfortable working in a dynamic 24/7 support environment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Provide system administration and support for Windows-based environments

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot infrastructure and cloud services (Azure)

Perform routine system checks, updates, and patch management

Respond to incidents, service requests, and escalations in a timely manner

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues

Document procedures, configurations, and resolutions for knowledge sharing

Participate in on-call rotations and shift-based support schedules

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in Windows Server Administration

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (VMs, storage, networking, etc.)

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment

➕ Preferred Skills

Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash)

Exposure to ticketing and monitoring tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Azure Monitor)

Understanding of virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware)XXX
