Travel&Expense Accountant

Your IMPACT:


* Verify, book, and settle financial documents related to business travel and employee expenses in accordance with internal procedures and guidelines.


* Audit travel expenses to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.


* Independently verify payment proposals and ensure their accuracy before processing.


* Reconcile employee accounts and documents, explain discrepancies, and take corrective actions; independently resolve non-standard cases.


* Handle employee queries regarding travel and expense settlements.


* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processing of T&E transactions.


* Provide data and perform analyses for management, serviced entities, and audits.


* Archive documents correctly and systematically to meet compliance and audit requirements.

Your Profile:


* University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.


* Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or Travel & Expenses area.


* Good command of English (French is a plus).


* Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).


* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
