The Role: EAVF Sr.

CS&Q Engineer

What will you do?


* Ensure that complaints are resolved effectively and without delay and that those not resolved at the entity organization level have been escalated and taken into account in the competent entities.


* Pilot the Supply Qualification Module (SQM) and the Supplier performance (SPM) at the level of the plant, with a coordination role (hierarchical or functional) of quality assurance engineers.

Support the Supplier Approval Module (SAM).


* Take any necessary actions to make sure that the product will satisfy customer requirements and is the driving force in implementing continuous quality improvement, with a coordination role (hierarchical or functional) with entity, BU, Supplier and sometimes other stakeholders within the organization.


* Drive resolution of quality issues through systematic containment, correction, and prevention strategies


* Identify and mitigate potential quality risks through proactive analysis and preventive measures


* Coach and coordinate quality assurance engineers while managing supplier relationships

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?



* Minimum of 5 years Experience in Quality with a proven track record in the utilization of various quality tools to achieve desired outcomes.


* Knowledge in 8D, Kaizen, DMAIC, 5-Why, PFMEA, Product & Process Qualification Processes, Project Management


* Engineering Graduate (ME, EE, ECE, IE)


* Proven track record in quality management and audit processes


* Deep understanding of quality management systems and regulatory compliance requirements


* Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in root cause analysis and problem-solving


* Demonstrated ability to influence and drive improvements across organizational boundaries


* Excellence in project management and cross-functional team leadership
