As a Concierge (Full-Time), you can expect to carry out the following duties…


* Being the first point of contact for our guests (you will greet our guests with a warm and authentic Hotel Indigo welcome, supporting with any luggage or additional requirements) – it would be great if you had experience in a customer facing environment within a Hotel or Hospitality venue! 


* Recommending food, drinks and entertainment for our guests (you will be a local-guide for our guests and adjust your approach to the wants and needs of each individual guest)  - you will be someone who knows all the best spots in the local area and have excellent personal skills communicating with a wide range of guests!


* Working closely with our reception team (you will be motivated to ensure all of our guests all leave with a smile on their face) – a warm, authentic personality with a can-do attitude and experience of working closely in a team is essential for this role!
