Senior Business Analyst Customer Project Execution
For this U.S.
based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000 - $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Your Mission
We are seeking a Customer Project Execution Senior Business Analyst to join our transformation program and play a key role in Schneider Electric's digital transformation across the North America Market.
In this position, you will lead business transformation and continuous process improvement initiatives by conducting research, analyzing data, and solving complex problems.
You will gather and translate customer and business requirements into digital solutions that enable standardized processes and deliver measurable value.
Acting as a change leader, you will also support transformation and change management efforts to ensure successful adoption.

What you'll be doing
* Work in a cross functional environment with various business groups, IT, and end users to identify, document, and communicate business processes and business requirements
* Take a leadership position in the SAFe/Agile development process to ensure alignment, integration, and deployment of customer/business requirements
* Collaborating with users and stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with Project Management Institute (PMI) & Customer Project Process (CPP)
* Works with other team members to define requirements and validate digital solutions that align with business strategies, standards and policies
* Coordinate and leads user acceptance tests with the business and end users
