A Little Taste of Your Day-to-Day

No two days are alike, but you’ll mostly be:


* Assist in preparing and cooking daily meals for colleagues in line with menus and schedules.


* Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance.


* Support the Chef de Partie in buffet preparation, portion control, and food presentation.


* Ensure ingredients are properly stored, rotated, and handled.


* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the colleagues’ kitchen.


* Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.


* Take on additional tasks as required, showing flexibility and teamwork.

What We Need from You



* At least 1 year of experience as a Commis in a 5 star hotel


* Passion for cooking and knowledge of different cuisine.


* Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.


* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


* Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.


* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
