What You'll Do


* Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans


* Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions


* Collaborate closely with PT, ST, nursing, and care staff


* Document accurately and timely


* Promote function, safety, and quality of life through skilled OT services

What We're Looking For


* Valid CA OT license


* Strong communication and assessment skills


* Positive, team-focused attitude


* SNF or post-acute experience preferred, not required
