Product Associate - Wires, International, and Blockchain Payments Controls

As a Product Associate, you'll play a vital role in safeguarding the customer experience and maintaining regulatory compliance for wire and international payment products.

As a Product Associate in Wires, International, and Blockchain Payments, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.
You play a vital role in supporting the control environment for wire payment products, focusing on safeguarding the customer experience and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you help ensure controls are robust, scalable, and resilient, contributing to the delivery of secure and reliable products that meet both customer needs and firm standards.
Job responsibilities
* Support and enhance the control inventory and associated processes to ensure compliance with regulations and firm policies.
* Identify control gaps and recommend actionable solutions.
* Collaborate with analytics teams to develop and manage KPIs and exception reports to strengthen control assurance and monitor product health.
* Support product procedures and ensure adherence to firm policies and standards.
* Assist with audit and controls-related inquiries.
* Coordinate issues and action plans for the wires product team.
* Support corrections and remediation activities related to customer-impacting wires issues.
* Contribute to driving Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the wires product.
* Report progress to leadership and manage stakeholder expectations.
* Assist in tracking and resolving control exceptions and supporting executive escalations.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement operational and control improvements.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
* 2+ years of payments, wires, product, or control experience;
* Experience supporting a successful control environment, including audits and external regulatory reviews.
* Ability to manage complex and fast-moving issues.
* Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret structured data, develop recommendations, and communicate them effectively.
* Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
* Ability to work productively in a matrix management organization.
* Positive, team-oriented attitude.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
* Financial services and retail payment experience.
* High-level understanding of Dodd-Frank and UCC4a.
