As a Product Manager in Branch Network Optimization and One Chase Strategies, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.

Job responsibilities


* Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers


* Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap


* Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition


* Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability


* Leads the development and implementation of data architecture, automation, and visualization solutions to support branch network optimization


* Drives end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder projects, including ideation, requirements gathering, solution design, development, rollout, and support


* Champions process improvement initiatives, leveraging analytics and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous optimization


* Delivers executive-level presentations and communications, articulating strategic priorities and business impact


* Provides robust analytics and insights to assist the business in moving forward with data driven decisions


* Develops and implements data collection systems and other automation strategies that optimize efficiency and data quality
