What you will do
The Technology Services Operations Report Lead is responsible for analyzing, designing, and delivering project solutions while collaborating with teams to improve processes and ensure timely resolution of system issues.
The TS Operations Report Lead delivers automation and portfolio data analysis and reporting for Kenvue Technology Services.
You will provide technical support, manage stakeholder satisfaction, and maintain the integrity and security of operational environments:
Key Responsibilities
* Baseline security architecture and interfaces in scope for automation and analytics
* Create/prioritize automation & analytic backlog
* Review Kenvue created tools/data/documents for conveyance that relate to automation / analytic data infrastructure
* Completes Close & Accrual reporting / submissions
* Create & Distribute Ad hoc reporting including rolling forecast with support of Kenvue Finance Team
* Delivery of Pillar , Budget, & Purchase Orders
* Lead cross-functional analysis and troubleshooting initiatives to identify operational bottlenecks, resolve system malfunctions promptly, and recommend innovative solutions for process optimization.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree required or the equivalent with 4-6 years of relevant experience in technology services operations or related fields.
Master's Degree preferred.
* Proven expertise in project and program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
* Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels and across diverse teams.
* Strong financial acumen including experience in business case development and budget management.
