What you will do
The Technology Services Operations Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day systems operations, driving technology initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
You will lead teams, oversee resources, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, meet customer requirements, and support continuous improvement across the organization:
Key Responsibilities
* Portfolio Office Work Flow - ensuring portfolio team members' work is moving, bottlenecks and blockers are identified and escalated, and takes on tasks to ensure timely delivery.
Portfolio work includes:
+ Tracking Budget, Latest Thinking, Purchase Orders and Spends for projects
+ Ensuring funding is transferred as needed between countries
+ Submitting requests for Purchase Orders and following-up with approvers
+ Submitting capitalization reports and respond to finance requests for reconciliations
+ Troubleshooting issues with orders, invoices, capitalization
* Submitting Monthly Capital In Process & Open PO responses
* Partnering w/ Architecture & regional Leads to track budgets / expenses and submit purchases
* Preparing & Submits Global Capital Request
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Technology, Business, or a related field
* A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in technology services management
* Proven experience managing large-scale technology programs and diverse global teams
* Strong proficiency in portfolio management tools and data-driven decision-making
* In-depth understanding of business strategy and ability to translate it into technology solutions
* Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
